Tampa, FL A cute dachshund puppy named Moo was given that name because of his distinctive fifty percent dog, fifty percent human body.
The seven-month-old baby named Moo has piebald hair, which causes white, unpigmented patches of hair to grow on his natural layer. The dog was born with white patches covering most of his body. His owner Victoria claims that due to his distinctive appearance, many people mistakenly believe he is wearing pajamas.
