John Travolta shares adorable photos of him with rescue dog Peanut

We adore seeing images and videos of celebrities interacting with their pets. No matter how well-known you are, a dog’s adoration might be the greatest thing ever.

Before being adopted by John Travolta, Peanut, the great rescue dog, featured in Jamie Lee Curtis’ Oscar-night tribute to Betty White. She is one of our favorite celebrity pets.

The Grease star recently shared another cute shot of himself and the dog.

Benjamin’s younger son, Travolta, 69, recently posted a charming photo of himself eating pizza with Peanut.

A beautiful scene from Lady and the Tramp:

Travolta uploaded another photo of himself nodding off, this time with Peanut snuggling sweetly next to him, as if that wasn’t beautiful enough.

Peanut was adopted by the family in March, and the Saturday Night Fever actress has posted numerous cute images of her on social media.

A viral video from last year showed the adorable dog licking Travolta awake. Travolta said, “This is how Ben’s dog, Peanut, wakes me up.”

Peanut’s story about adoption

It’s evident that the Travoltas have found the ideal home for Peanut, and one of the most heartwarming Hollywood tales in recent memory is how the Pulp Fiction star and his family came to adopt him.

Jamie Lee Curtis paid tribute to Betty White, a TV star and animal lover who died in December, at the 2022 Academy Awards ceremony’s “in memoriam” part.

She and Peanut took the stage first, followed by Mac-N-Cheese, a Paw Works rescue dog searching for a new home.

“She was not just a Golden Girl; she was a legend who made every space she entered seem brighter and everyone who saw her on screen smile,” Curtis said in homage to the actress. “And for nearly a century, she was a woman who showed unwavering compassion for animals like these, not just her friends with two legs.”

“Welcoming a rescue dog into your heart and home, like Mac-N-Cheese from Paw Works, is the best gift you could give Betty White.” I would want to thank Betty for being a friend to all of us.

Travolta was extremely affected by the tiny dog, who wowed audiences all around the world. When the actor ran into Curtis, a friend and co-star from the 1985 film Perfect, backstage at the Academy Awards, he couldn’t resist getting a photo with the gorgeous rescue puppy.

He gave Peanut a genuine “Hollywood ending,” knowing it was meant to be, and adopted the puppy for his son Benjamin.

Peanut looks to be having a terrific time with the Travoltas, which makes us quite happy! These are stunning photographs—it was certainly intended to be.

Please tell everyone about this amazing story!
